  • Welcome pack

    The welcome pack includes an introduction from Matt and a link to the BIF People Manual that is the handbook for the 10-week learning and doing

    Kick off with the BIF People Mastery Masterclass

    Matt walks through core BIF behaviours of curiosity (brains science), empathy (insight) and collaboration (process) as the foundation introduction to creative and innovative mastery

    This ignites the 10-week learning journey

    Each week focuses on a new behaviour to listen, watch and apply

    The elearning and applied-project-doing is augmented by weekly live sessions with Matt (if on the with-Matt cohort)

    For a minimum of an hour (sometimes much longer) Matt picks up on cohort comments and questions to workshop live and interactively. Each webinar is recorded and provided as an ondemand resource

  • BIF People starts with the brain science of creativity. Curiosity is how we open to our creativity. Neuroscience becomes the platform upon which everything else for BIF has a direct line-of-sight to.

  • Empathy is the experience of understanding the role of ideas in people’s lives - and so new insight for what role new ideas might play.

  • Learning the BIF 6-Steps of innovation and how different creativity is needed to solve for each step. Then, learning to accelerate from linear to non-linear project work through confidence in applied creativity.

  • Learning the building blocks of BIF creative sessions; preparing, meeting and following

  • Combining the neuroscience of BIF thinking with facilitating creative collaboration to design for the power of flow

  • Learning how increasing individual leading ‘range’ has exponential outcomes on the quality of people and ideas productivity

  • Learning the power of investing in Alpha creative brain states using combinations of mindfulness, meditation, journalling, et al

  • Learning BIF resilience is being both resilient on behalf of our ideas (fragile and easily killed) and ourselves (creative work is energetically, emotionally and physically demanding)

  • Learn the principles of how unconstrained creativity outside the work context benefits both us (liberated creativity) and the business (applying new capabilities on work projects)

  • Coalescing the learning and doing journey into true confidence to think, do and be creative as part of daily and weekly performance

  • Completing project works for review and BIF People certification
