What is BIF101?

Inspired by academic course naming (101, 201, etc.), BIF101 is a foundational learning and doing experience introducing essential innovation skills, processes, and behaviours. Perfect for youth preparing to leave school, apply for work, or navigating their first professional roles.

How does BIF101 work?

BIF101 distills our three core creative disciplines of innovation (Ideas / People / Culture) into a digital experience that guides learners through evolving their thinking, doing, and becoming next-gen problem solvers:

    Each learner progresses through 101 daily ‘drops’ of knowledge - Watch, Listen, Read, and Do - at a self-directed pace

  • We’ve designed BIF101 to fit within a standard school term (around 10 weeks). You’ll need a minimum of 15 hours for learning and applied projects - about 1.5 hours per week. This flexible structure allows you to take the program as an extracurricular (mornings/evenings in your own time and/or allocated development time at work) or integrate it into school subject areas like Economics, Business, Design, STEM, or Humanities, etc.

  • You have access to the primary learning content for 3 months in total.

    The digital toolbox, recorded webinars, etc are saved as an archive resource and are available for as long as you continue to participate as an active member of the BIF community

  • Yes! All our tools, including video lessons, audio podcasts, PDFs, and downloadable templates, are hosted on our secure e-learning platform. This is also where you'll find BIFBOT, your personal AI coaching resource for real-time guidance and support. Everything is designed for flexible access—learn and innovate anytime, anywhere, with the option to download materials for offline use

  • We operate on a “circle of trust” principle, meaning each BIF101 login is exclusive to the enrolled participant. If you’d like to add a co-learner or expand access, please get in touch - we’re always happy to explore collaborative solutions.
