"Young people are leaving school unprepared for modern work. But... show me someone who can solve problems through the substance of their ideas and I’ll show you a successful recruitment candidate!"

BIF SCHOOL
BIF is a platform that quickly helps individuals and organisations connect with and realise their creative potential. Our vision has always been to translate and deliver BIF in schools because our programs are uniquely capable of providing teens the behaviours, skills and experience to future-proof their futures.

BIF is creativity, for young people.

GLOBAL ACADEMY PILOT
In July 2016 we began a collaboration with Global Academy, West London. We designed a BIF School pilot program in which 100 students worked in project teams to solve sponsored Artist briefs; how to launch an Artist when today's music is all about songs! Take a look at the pilot:

1. LEARNING (3.30 MINS)

2. DOING (3.00 MINS)

3. PRESENTS (3.05 MINS)

4. FEEDBACK & 'WINNERS'

TRAIN THE TRAINER (TEACHERS)
Post the success of the BIF School Global Academy pilot, the next challenge to solve was scale; how to build new capabilities for Global Academy to take on and deliver BIF in school? Our solution is train-the-trainer. We're translating proven enterprise capability programs and delivering to teachers. For 2017, we're training a cohort of 10 Global Academy teachers.

Over 6 Masterclass sessions, these teachers are being trained to deliver BIF as a core part of students end-of-year creative project. The training focus is on BIF 6 Steps; increasing the teacher's capability to understand innovation process and building their confidence to lead students using BIF 6 Steps as per:
